Administrator - Great Witchingham 10.00 p/h (Immediate start)

Looking for an Administrator a food manufacturing business based in NR9. 

Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00 -5.00  with lunch breaks and free parking.

The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidate.

Key tasks:

Provide administrative support to Site General Manager and Senior Leadership Team

Ensure site noticeboards are up to date

Manage stationary ordering

Ensure all PO requisitions are raised and submitted on time

Complete daily labour information on behalf of Site GM

Arrange weekly Tier 4 deck on behalf of SLT

Ensure managers are prompted to be at meetings on time

Manage and host visitors, names in reception etc

Assist with completion of daily KPI’s

Hold calendar for key site meetings (T2, T3, T4, HSE & Technical) and ensure managers are prompted

Assist with close out all daily exceptions

Manage and input all overtime pre-approvals to ensure no payments are made outside of this process.

Sort and distribute pay slips to managers for distribution on a weekly basis.

Manage the sites access control system, issuing of access and clock cards to new starters and disabling leavers

General administration for the operations management team including overtime, grade changes, step ups etc.

To cover for Operations Administrator in their absence and undertake agreed tasks associated with this role.

To undertake any such additional duties as may be reasonably required.
