A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator with strong people skills to work alongside the HR Manager in this busy school setting.
You will be customer friendly and have a flexible approach to the tasks you may be asked to support with.
Organisational skills are important as you will have many plates to spin, from entering data and generating reports to updating the school website.
Recording absence, managing materning, paternity and other family friendly processes.
Prepare employee letters, issues contracts of employment, new starters packs/leaver paperwork and keeping MIS system updated.
You will manage the safer recruitment checks, ensuring compliance is maintained around safeguarding.
Assist HR Manager with recruitment activity, review applications, arrange interviews.
This is a full time position and not a TERM time only role, offering a generous salary and benefits, including free school meals.
