Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced assistant manager for our client's traditional hotel, restaurant and bar, on the stunning North Norfolk coast.
Main responsibilities will involve day to day running of the business, staff training, development, scheduling and management, as well as assisting with managing the KPIs, carrying out liquor stock audits, ordering and deliveries.
Ideal candidate will have 3 years hospitality experience and 2 years supervisory or management experience.
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, willing to adapt, improve and learn every day.
Successful candidate will have an ability to take responsibility and drive the business forwards.
