CDM Principle Contractor - Norwich
Seeking an experienced Principle Contractor to oversee and co-ordinate all activities for a plant upgrade, groundworks, civils, M&E and plant installation/commissioning. Ensuring all contractors are working safely, RAMS are in place and site safety is maintained.
The project will install and complete a new thermal oil boiler plant room, including refitting the existing boiler house and to construct and extend a second boiler, groundworks for large water tanks.
Proven experience in this area of construction essential, plus IOSH and Health and Safety qualifications relating to Site Management, and experience of managing teams of sub contractors including issuing permits.
Immediate start required. Hourly rate paid via PAYE only.
