Payroll Supervisor - Diss - up to 34k
Are you an experienced Payroll Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking to make an impact, bring your ideas and passion to a more progressive Payroll
Supervising a weekly payroll run, in excess of 600 staff you will oversee any wage adjustments, including all statutory payments, SSP, SMP, SAP and SPP
You will calculate weekly bonuses, calculate average holiday pay, reconcile weekly head count and hours worked.
Further responsibilities include
Submit payroll reports (FPS) and EPS to ensure HMRC submission deadlines are met.
New starter submissions, as well as leavers, attachment to earnings, issue P45s, issue payslips.
Pension enrolements, and provide a monthly submission to Pension provider
Month end reconcilliation for PAYE, NI, Pensions, App Levy, AEO, DEA
Provide Finance department with monthly payment schedules and submission to CSA online
Preparation of any adjustments, ie starters, leavers, overtime for monthly payroll, which is then submitted to Head Office for montly payroll run
