Reporting to a highly experienced CI Manager you will support management control systems, assist in improving perfomance and liase with all areas of the business as an agent for change.
You will be involved in coaching, problem solving and auditing key processes within the management control system
Assisting the CI Manager with implementing new working practices, lean techniques and new site technology across multi-discliplined teams.
You will have gained a Yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma have a good knowledge of manufacturing processes and be keen to develop your skills further in this field,
