Engineering Team Leader - £43k Shifts
Looking for a new Engineering opportunity? We have just the role for you! Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will oversee a team of Engineers operating on a 4 on 4 off shfit pattern, organising and distributing workload, mentoring and training, dealing with some HR issues.
Maintaining this busy plant and ensuring all production equipment operates effectively, you will require a proactive response to maintenance ensuring any downtime is kept to a minimum.
Keeping all reports up to date and acurately recording all work activities, maintaining stock of spare parts for any breakdowns. Experience gained in a FMCG environment would be advantageous.
Time served apprenticeship, Engineering qualification - HNC or equivalent City & Guilds level 3 in Engineering practice (electrical and mechanical)
