Human Resources Administrator - Boston (6 months FTC)
Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated person to assist in all administration duties for this busy HR team.
You will have experience of running time and attendance reports, completing holiday requests and assisting with any time off requests.
Assisting with the business recruitment drives by recording applications and arranging interviews.
Liasing with managers on absentism and back to work policies, recording all data accurately on the company database.
YOu will have strong IT skills including MS Excel and Powerpoint, be a confident communicator and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ideally you will have obtained CIPD level 3 or have proven experience in a similar type role.
