Contract Personnel are pleased to be representing an established Letting Agent in Norwich in recruiting for an experienced Property Administrator. The company’s portfolio hosts a range of property types including student lets. The successful applicant will be responsible for inspection of properties prior to take on, mid lease and end of lease. Reporting and arranging any repairs or remedial work. You will be responsible for managing your own workload, reporting to the business on daily basis.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding routine visits
Manage tenants’ contact details and keep records up to date
Booking visits into clerks’ diaries and arranging order of work
Managing and maintaining data using our in-house scheduler software
Deleting sensitive data when no longer required
Booking in visits and responding to emails on our same day reply policy
Issuing booking confirmations to tenants
Updating email inbox when jobs are booked
Reporting on daily jobs booked and received
Proofreading inventory reports
General admin support
Preferred 2 years’ experience working within a property services environment
Experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven ability to multi-task
Great attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
A full clean driving licence is essentail for the role.
