We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for our client, a pub based just outside of Diss in Norfolk.
Our client is a Beautiful Country Inn located in a peaceful village setting, a function room that caters to locals and overnight guests. It prides itself on serving a wide range of quality pub style food.
Preparing fresh ingredients
Cooking meals for guests
Plating food consistently
Managing junior team members
Ensuring the highest level of hygiene and safety standards at all times
Assisting the Head Chef in creating seasonal specials
This is a great role for an experienced Chef de Partie who is looking to step up into a more senior role where they can assist the head chef in gaining a Rosette for the restaurant.
You will be working an average of 45 hours a week and in return our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum with the option of Live In available.
