HR Administrator

Norwich

£10.00- £11.00 per hour

Temporary on-going. 

Immediate Start.

 

Our client an independent business in Norwich are looking to recruit on a temporary basis an HR Administrator.   

 

Skills:

Experience working in a fast pace environment

Highly organised and self-motivated

Good IT Skills

Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information

Attention to detail

Administration experience

 

Key Tasks:

Maintain HR databases

Deal with any queries via the telephone, in person and emails

Communicate with internal departments i.e. payroll

Absence reporting

Dealing with reference requests

Administer and communicate HR policies and processes

Administration on new starters, movers and leavers throughout the business

Calculation of sick pay and benefits

Carry out right to work checks in line with legislation

 

The role would suit candidates who are CIPD level 3 qualified and have HR Administration experience.  My client will consider applicants who are interested in full time or part time hours.
