We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular seafood restaurant based in the seaside town of Cromer.
This creative restaurant serves up a wide range of dishes with inspiration from around the world, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, have great attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Working with fresh ingredients in all sections of the kitchen
Cooking and plating high quality dishes consistently
Managing and training junior members of the kitchen
Stock rotation and management
Maintaining cleanliness and a safe working environment at all times
Covering the head chef in their absence
Salary of up to £23,000
OTE of up to £28,000
