We are currently recruiting an experienced and skilled Sous Chef for our clients’ busy waterside hotel and restaurant in Wroxham.

This historic hotel is located within the heart of the Norfolk Broads and prides itself on their use of fresh local produce.

The successful candidate will be working within a well-established venue and within a business which rewards hard work and loyalty with career development and salary incentives.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef with the preparation and plating of dishes
  • Helping the Head Chef come up with menu changes and new dishes
  • Managing and training of junior chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene


  • Salary of up to £30,000 per annum
  • Training and management from a team of talented senior chefs
  • Share of tips
