Receptionist/Administrator | Fixed Term Maternity Contract | Snetterton
An exciting position as a Receptionist/Administrator has become available to work in Snetterton, Norfolk for a 6 month fixed term Maternity Contract . Set in a rural picturesque location, this would suit someone who has proven reception, front office administrative experience. Working in a small team, the ideal person would have an interest in horses/dogs and be empathic to the welfare of horses and charitable work. Some equine knowledge would be advantageous.
My client is looking for a friendly, confident, well organised person with a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and professional operation of the reception area and provide routine administrative support to all aspects of this international organisation including the Human Resources department.
This is a very varied role answering the telephone, sorting post, directing calls, greeting people; assisting with stocking stationary and confidence in arranging transport or accommodation for general staff travel. You will be responsible for ensuring new starters, holiday and absences are recorded accurately so a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Packages is required. Good housekeeping is essential for this role as well as the skill to multitask and prioritise workloads.
Interviews are being held week beginning 19th June, applicants must be available for an immediate start. The working week is 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Access to your own transport is required for this position due to the rural location. This role also includes attractive company benefits.
