Part Time Executive PA (Home & Office Based) | Norwich | Basic Salary 18k – Immediate Start
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA to work for a well-known business based in the heart of Norwich.
This rare opportunity will require you to work 3 days per week, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home with one day in the office, based in a beautiful City Centre location.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Executive PA to offer assistance to the Sales Director and functional support to Managers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Booking hotels, transport, flights and accommodation
- Monthly reporting
- Typing letters and correspondence
- Maintenance of holidays
- Supporting the Sales Director / Management with restructures and announcements
- Diary management
- Booking meeting rooms, lunches
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Arranging corporate events and arranging entertainment
Along with the very competitive basic salary up to £18,000 for the three days, our client will reward your efforts with a company phone, laptop, printer and paid city based parking (with exclusive use Monday – Friday, even outside your working hours).
This role requires you to work with the utmost discretion and deal with issues of sensitive / confidential nature with tact and diplomacy.
We are looking for someone who has strong PA experience, ideally who comes from an Executive / Corporate background. You will be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail, be outgoing, tenacious and self-motivated.
